I got into a fist fight with a pregnant woman and I beat her up. Will I get in trouble?

One, let me clarify, the fight was mutual, I was trying to get to the front of the line at wal-mart because my husband and my family was up there, well, I walked in front of her and she put her hand on my shoulder and pulled me back and told me not to cut, I told her that I wasn’t cutting and she called me the b word, so I tried backing away but she still had her hand on me so I tried to remove it and she slapped me in the face and called me the b word again, so I tried to defend myself by calling for help but everybody just stared so I used my other hand to pull her hair and she grabbed my hand and but it until it was bleeding so I punched her in the face and then we got into a fight fight and all the time, I was trying, to call fo rhelp, but everybody was just watching us, I guess cause were too pretty girls fighting or whatnot, but then anyways I pretty much won the fight because I was able to get on top of her and punch her a bunch of times in the face and nose and I think that I might have broken her arm or her shoulder since I pulled her arm back and something snapped, so I got up and she was on the floor and everybody was clapping for me since I wan the fight, but then they go back to their stuff and stop looking at us and I nee down in front of her and tell her not to go around proking fights then she says that she’s pregnant and I call her a liar and she calls me a whore and I kick her in the face again and again and then she shows me her bally and I freak out and run, out of the store, and by that time my husband and family was alright heading out of the store so I ranned up to them and just acted like nothing just happened and I didn’t look back and we got into the car and we drove and this happened yesterday in a big city wal mart in alabama not the walmart we usually go to but it’s in are state though nobody knows us what should I do? Will I get in trouble?
