My 9year old son is soo angry and lies alot!!?

hello.. i have a 9year old son that's constantly lying and he is very angry, i do not know when he is telling the truth cause he lies so much. some one can just say something he do not like and he get very angry, to where they calls me from school to pick him up.. he kicks tables and cheers in schools, if hes with his grandparents and they do not let him do what he wants he runs off, and think god he be close to home cause he would pro bally get lost, but he do not do that around me, i only hear the lying all the time, but everyone else see's the anger in his eyes, and i think its all due to him not being around his father, cause his father do not spend show any affection for him, do not spend time with him or never call him just to see hows he doing, Ive t edd talking to him, taking his things from him and also his playtime, every week he gets suspended from school fo 3days sometimes 5days and the schools system in WILKES BARRE, PA sucks, instead of all all ways kicking kids out of school and Deprive him of his education.. if any one can help or give any comments or opinions would be greatly appreciated..thank u from a concerned parent..
