Why does Ballys Total Fitness still send me junk mail after I called them to stop sending me mail?

I'm irritated with the amount of junk mail I get from corporations and credit card companies. Especially Bally's Total Fitness. Bally's Total Fitness has set up their system where it is impossible to take yourself off their mailing list. Who has the direct phone number?
