Should I wait for another semester then reapply?

I used to attending Gwinnett Tech College but I screw up my GPA really really bad before transferring to another college. Now i decided to come back to Gwinnett Tech, but my GPA is low and i don't think i can pull it up. I already skipped one semester so should i skip another semester then reapply. GPA should be reset after i skipped two semesters right?
