Can I see or hear anything from Area 51 from Bally's?

I'm in Bally's on the 20th floor facing Bill's Gambling hall. Am I able to see or hear anything from area 51? I brought 22 channel cobra 12 mile family radios, UHF motorola 2 watt xtn radios, and nextel phones equipped with direct talk. Any chance in the direction I'm looking I'll see anything or hear anything on my comm devices I brought? Any interesting things about area 51 or anything I should see while I'm here?
