Doing Push Up And Tone?

Try 3 sets of 3 push ups. Rest ten do another three sets. I lost 23 pounds. By eating 3 times a day and working out. Eat 4 hours apart. If you can go running do go runnig. Cardio is the fastest way to lose weight. I couldn't go running so it took me longer. Umm. Just do cardio which is running for at least 30 mins or a mile or two. Do your sets of push ups and eventually use weights.
