I am running 5-6 km everyday since last 3 weeks, now I am feeling pain in my leg muscles, is this normal?

I want to reduce my bally fat, in this regard I started running 3 weeks ago, now I am running and cycling collectively 5-6 km. but since last few days I am having pain in my leg muscles and knee joints, Is this normal thing or any kind of serious alarm for me?
