I feel burning pain in my bally on right side in line of naval below ribs.Ultra sound and Lever function?

and lever function tests are normal with grace of Allah.It pain remains there in less intensity(bearable but itching)on upper side of skin or inner .It increases when I fell natural call but I don,t go secondly when I pick weight wit my right hand thirdly when my body is exposed to cool air, fourthly when do exercise. Please some help me to get rid of it through exercise,homeopathic medicine,meditation, Color Therapy Treatment,yoga .I don;t want to go toward English medicines .
