I would like to workout and be slim nice tone,or muscular what are some ways that I could to that?

I'm 22 years old from brooklyn new york.I used to go on a bally total fitness gym and work out but I couldn't afford the membership anymore so its had been a year since I haven't workout and all my muscle has reduced.I live in a small apartment and there isn't to many space here and its also that season again winter and cold outside people might think that I'm a fool running outside
