Just be frank with her. In my opinion she sounds like a little pest! Maybe she is a child but just tell her to stop being annoying or tell her parents about the trouble she is causing. Also you could try telling your mum to side with you. For example, when ever my neighbours (5&7) want to come over I get my mum to say I'm busy, as a little child they always believe a respected adult! It sounds mean I know but it's just a simple way to get on with your life without the little distractions...
