Id like to build a house boat run completly on solar power?

i know nothing about solar power but i know electrical we are looking to build a houseboat that wed like to be self sufficient during the day we wont be on it just at night to sleep is there a way to charge all day n store that energy for the night pro bally be running a couple of lights maybe a ac or two all the cooking will be done with propane so im guessing a 50-60 amp draw at max but it ll pro bally never be running all at the same time.
